These new personnel will play vital roles in improving the effectiveness, reliability and service offerings from our Technology OneSource team.

NetGain Technologies, a regional leader in managed I.T. services, recently made several significant additions to its Technology OneSource team.

The Technology OneSource team is dedicated to providing a fixed I.T. environment for a fixed fee. For a monthly rate, businesses can receive managed I.T. services support, including help desk, vendor management, proactive support and a Senior Client Services Manager that can help with I.T. strategy.

Further improving NetGain Technologies' ability to serve its clients, the Technology OneSource team added several key personnel. In both St. Louis and Louisville, the team added outside sales personnel, who will strive to bring NetGain Technologies’ managed I.T. services to an even greater number and variety of businesses.

NetGain Technologies' Lexington branch also grew to include three inside sales representatives and two operations coordinators, the latter personnel having become necessary thanks to the company's significant overall growth in recent years.

NetGain Technologies' employee growth is part of a larger trend in the managed I.T. services industry. This market has expanded tremendously in recent years, and will continue to grow into the future. A recent MarketsandMarkets report forecast that the managed I.T. services market will reach $256 billion in 2018, up from $142 billion this year - a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 12.4 percent.

This report also found that managed I.T. services reduce the cost of in-house I.T. management by 30 to 40 percent while improving operational efficiency by 50 to 60 percent. These upgrades highlight the value of the strategy for firms of all kinds, and demonstrate why reliance on such services is poised to grow.
