Bluefin Media’s Announces Recap of Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Spring 2014 in Madrid, Spain
Perrysburg, Ohio (PRWEB) September 24, 2013 -- Bluefin Media, Inc. (http://www.BluefinMedia.com), an empowering, entertaining, and engaging lifestyle digital media company, announces Fashion First Media’s original content video series, which recaps Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Spring 2014 in Madrid, Spain.
Fashion season is taking off worldwide. The runway was fierce once again as Fashion Week Madrid the 58th edition came to a close last week. Adding a little zest and flavor to the mix, designers took bold risks debuting their latest designs on the Mercedes-Benz and Berta-Benz runways with more colors and patterns than ever before.
With all the striking silhouettes and cutting-edge creations, international designers took things to the next level—giving New York Fashion Week a run for its money.
Fashion First Media’s daily video recaps give viewers the inside scoop on Fashion Week events around the globe. Those few minutes chic catwalk calm were preceded by hours of hectic chaos and Fashion First Media has the scoop. Eva Marcela Rodriguez, Fashion First Media’s Spanish on-air host and managing editor, gives viewers an up close and intimate look at the hustle and bustle of Fashion Week Madrid.
Fashion First Media snagged an exclusive interview with Agatha Ruiz de la Prada, who discusses her fabulous Spring 2014 line and the inspiration behind it.
Roberto Verino set the stage with pantsuits and sexy dresses in bold colors and metallics. Twenty young and hot emerging designers including Moisés Nieto and Juana Martín then took the spot spotlight alongside several fashion icons debuting their new Spring 2014 collections.
Sneak peeks at other designer collections such as Angel Schlesser, Ana Locking, Juanjo Oliva, Moisés Nieto, Miguel Palacio are also included in the recap.
In an effort to encourage positive body image among women, Madrid allowed models of all shapes and sizes to strut down the catwalk and display their true beauty. The goal was to show members of the audience a realistic view of a woman rather than what is advertised. However, controversy was stirred as one design house, Brand Spain, sent ultra slim models down the runway, leaving the audience to question this new stance on the industry.
That didn’t stop the crowd from wanting more, streets were alive and buzzing, as those who are were not able to be center stage watched their favorite designers take on Fashion Week from nearby restaurants and bars. Local fashionistas were on the streets sporting their signature Spanish style with a twist.
