Holland & Hart LLP is pleased to announce the addition of Klifton Kime to the firm’s intellectual property practice. He is based out of the firm’s Boulder office.

Mr. Kime advises clients on both domestic and foreign preparation and prosecution of patent applications. He has significant experience with patent counseling, patent invalidity and non-infringement opinions, novelty assessments and due diligence.

He counsels clients on patent utility and design in a wide range of technologies, including telecommunications, electronics and an array of other electro mechanical, medical, computer related and physics based areas.

Prior to joining Holland & Hart, Mr. Kime was a patent attorney at national IP-focused firms, and he specialized in patent prosecution. He is admitted to practice in Colorado and before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

He holds a J.D. from the George Mason University School of Law and a B.S. in engineering and physics from Bradley University.
