Hartline Dacus Barger Dreyer LLP Adds New Associate Attorney Adam L. Anthony
Houston, Texas (PRWEB) September 30, 2013 -- Hartline Dacus Barger Dreyer LLP (HDBD) is pleased to announce that Adam L. Anthony has joined the firm as an associate attorney in the Houston office.
While attending South Texas College of Law and working towards completing his law degree, Adam was a law clerk at HDBD. Shortly after graduating, he was asked to join the firm as an associate attorney in the firm’s general civil litigation practice.
Adam gained valuable experience by participating in the National Moot Court competition and mock trials. He also observed numerous civil jury trials, civil proceedings and criminal proceedings under the Honorable Ewing Werlein, Jr. in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
“We’re glad Adam decided to join HDBD and begin his law practice with us,” says Jeff Patterson, managing partner. “He delivered exceptional work during his clerkship, graduated in the top 3% of his class, and we know he’ll be a star here.”
In 2007, Adam earned his Bachelor of Arts in Communication from St. Edwards University in Austin, Texas. He received his Juris Doctorate from South Texas College of Law and graduated in the top 5% of his class. During law school, Adam earned the John F. Ensle Award in Evidence and was named a Langdell Scholar. In the summer of 2011, Adam had the opportunity to study abroad at The University of Bahcesehir in Istanbul, Turkey.
