It's the greatest measure of success when a customer is thrilled with their Billhighway experience and takes the time to recognize you in a very public way.
Troy, MI (PRWEB) September 24, 2013
Tracy-Ann Palmer, Chief Growth Officer at Billhighway, was named a Platinum Award finalist by Marketing & Sales Executives of Detroit (MSED) for her achievements in the field of sales. Billhighway develops cloud-based automation software that simplifies finance and fundraising for nonprofits. Palmer is one of six finalists, and will be recognized at MSED’s Annual Black Tie Gala next month.
Two winners will be chosen for distinguishing themselves in sales and for propelling their respective companies to achieving critical business goals. Winners will be announced live at the awards banquet on October 16th, 2013, at the Roostertail in Detroit, Michigan. Palmer was nominated by the Automation Alley Fund, a nonprofit that supports the mission of Automation Alley, which is to grow the innovation cluster of Southeast Michigan. The Troy-based organization became a Billhighway customer in early 2013 when it took steps to facilitate fundraising and revenue diversification.
The basis of Palmer’s nomination is rooted in her expertise in earning trust and driving change, coupled with the ability to deliver an all-inclusive low-cost financial management solution to nonprofits. The Billhighway team exceeded expectations by providing deliverables beyond project scope and working closely with business partners to extend product offerings to meet client requirements.
“We chose to work with Billhighway because of their commitment to quality, dedication to understanding our particular needs, and collaborative approach to working with us,” said Ken Rogers, Executive Director of Automation Alley. “Personally working with the Billhighway team members who would be assigned to our project helped us know that they sincerely cared about helping us raise funds for our organization.”
“I’m delighted to be honored by not only MSED but the Automation Alley Fund as well,” noted Tracy-Ann Palmer. “It’s the greatest measure of success when a customer is thrilled with their Billhighway experience and takes the time to recognize you in a very public way. Our goal is always to have a positive impact on the lives of our customers and this is a commitment we strive for every day at Billhighway.
