Chestnut Park Real Estate Haliburton Realtor to Host Cottage Life TV Show

Haliburton, Ontario real estate agent Rob Serediuk, of Chestnut Park Real Estate Limited Haliburton ( will host episodes of the show What’s For Sale?, a television series about buying vacation property in cottage country, to be filmed this fall and aired on the new Cottage Life Television Network next spring.

I’m very excited to be hosting the Haliburton episodes of What’s For Sale?. It’s an amazing opportunity for me to show the world what a fabulous place the Haliburton Highlands is to live, work and play.

Haliburton Highlands realtor Rob Serediuk of Chestnut Park Real Estate Limited in Haliburton ( will be appearing on the show What’s For Sale?, an exciting new television series that follows the trials and tribulations of cottage buyers as they search for their ideal vacation property in Canada. Serediuk, who is both a licensed real estate agent and a professional actor, will appear as host and buyer’s agent on the show’s episodes that focus on buying cottage property in Haliburton. Filming of this Canadian real estate reality TV show begins this fall and the series will air on the new Cottage Life Television Channel in the spring of 2014.

Each of the thirteen episodes of the series What’s For Sale? will track the journey of a couple or family who has always dreamed of owning a vacation home. During the course of each half hour segment, a local real estate agent will guide the potential buyers through a selection of vacation homes in the buyer’s desired location that best suits their needs and budget. Potential vacation properties could include anything from traditional lakefront cottages and ski-hill chalets to farm houses and old churches. At the end of each episode, the family selects the property that they like the best and wish to purchase. The show will visit many of Ontario’s most popular cottage country areas, including Muskoka, Collingwood, Prince Edward County and Haliburton.

Rob Serediuk started his career as an actor in television and in musical theatre, appearing in productions of The Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat and Rent. After completing a degree in Commerce, he joined Rogers Communications in Toronto where he worked in several marketing management positions. In 2011, leaving the city and the corporate world behind, Serediuk, along with partner Greg McInnis, moved to Haliburton and opened the Haliburton branch of Chestnut Park Real Estate.
