In this new role, Ms. Alfieri will manage all Human Resources and Client Services functions including employee relations, organizational development, talent management, client services, and employee engagement. She will work closely with Prestige’s executive team to develop a cohesive performance management system to expand the growth opportunities for Prestige associates. Prestige is excited to appoint Ms. Alfieri to this new position and utilize her extensive Human Resources experience to enhance Prestige’s employee and client relations.
Ms. Alfieri has proven successes in employee relations, organizational development, talent management, and client services and holds a B.A. Degree from Pace University in Human Relations. In addition, she holds a Masters of Arts and Certificate of Advanced Studies in Counseling. Ms. Alfieri has worked in diverse corporate environments throughout her career, including Salomon Brothers, The NASDAQ Stock Market, First Data Corporation, Home Depot and Federal Express. Ms. Alfieri also ran her own corporate coaching and leadership development firm for the past five years. She has worked with individuals and businesses to develop performance management systems that enhance employee growth. She also has experience in executive coaching with C-Level executives on topics such as people management and employee engagement.
