Decision Innovation Announces Strategic Partnership with AppShark

Decision Innovation, Inc. announced today that it has partnered with AppShark, a Salesforce Silver Cloud Alliance Partner with a strong reputation in the Salesforce community for development and integration, to extend its professional services capabilities.

AppShark will provide implementation, customization and integration support for Decision Innovation's "Decision Knowledge Center" decision making software application that debuted recently on the AppExchange. DKC is the first and only decision making software on the AppExchange that helps users evaluate alternatives and understand the big picture behind every decision.

"Poor decision making costs a business more than any other source of defect, and this expense is hidden and unmanaged," said Gary DeGregorio, Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer at Decision Innovation. "When projects fail, it's often related to a lack of clarity on success factors, poor knowledge of alternatives, and the difficulty in visualizing how related decisions will impact a specific choice. Our decision making software solves a critical gap in applications on the market today that don't provide tools necessary to improve one of the fundamental causes of project failure."

DKC leverages a wealth of expertise that DeGregorio and Co-Founder Keith Ten Brook bring to the corporate decision management space. DKC was developed based on a model DeGregorio and Ten Brook created to improve the decision making process. DKC provides a framework that guides users through criteria prioritization, evaluation of alternatives, risk analysis and decision mapping.

Decision Knowledge Center is available on enterprise, unlimited and developer editions of Salesforce. Contact sales for a free trial and pricing information.

"AppShark is excited to partner with Decision Innovation on this cutting-edge app," said Matt Dillon, Vice President of Business Development. "This is a success story of two individuals who are using their subject matter expertise to create an app that solves a very important and costly problem for enterprises today. If people aren't making good decisions, it impacts the bottom line in so many ways."

Decision Innovation's partnership with AppShark will be valuable for customers who have specific business needs that require customization, third-party application integration and rapid implementation of decision making software.

A Salesforce partner since 2007, AppShark is globally recognized for their agile application development work and expertise with application and data integration. They partner with ISVs working on the Salesforce platform to provide professional services and support, especially in areas of rapid growth.
