CallTrackingMetrics Launches Stripe Integration
(PRWEB) September 26, 2013 -- CallTrackingMetrics provides advertising agencies software to track the advertising source of every inbound phone call for their clients. This call tracking service is used by thousands of agencies around the world and provides direct integration with analytics services such as Google Analytics, Google Adwords, KISSMetrics, and HubSpot.
Agencies have been eagerly awaiting the ability to re-sell the CallTrackingMetrics service to their clients in a white labeled version of the platform. The launch of the new Enterprise plan provides agencies the flexibility they need to promote this service as part of their own offering and make a profit on the usage.
How Does it Work?
1) Agencies create an Enterprise account and provide CallTrackingMetrics the appropriate information to set up the service on their own domain and integrate with their Stripe account.
2) Agencies create custom marked up pricing schedules to apply to various client sub-accounts in their account.
3) In Stripe, agencies indicate how often they want to charge their clients for their CallTrackingMetrics usage. When the time comes to bill the client, CallTrackingMetrics sends the usage to Stripe and the client's credit card is charged in Stripe at the marked up rates of the price schedule they are on.
Agencies also have the option to manually bill their clients back through their own process by exporting usage from the CallTrackingMetrics reporting interface.
4) Another nice new feature included in the Enterprise plan is that agencies have the ability to create custom sign up pages where their clients come to sign up for the service.
Also Providing White-Labeling
The Enterprise plan provides agencies the ability to offer the service on their own domain with all of their branding through the system.
Laure Fisher, one of the founders of CallTrackingMetrics, explained this at TwilioCon, a telephony conference in San Francisco last week: "We are happy to be behind the scenes and give agencies the tools they need to incorporate call tracking into their value proposition. In addition to the new features available through the Enterprise plan, our API allows developers to incorporate our reporting into their own software offerings, thereby minimizing the places a client needs to go to get updates. Our biggest growth segment is agencies and we hear from them that clients have gotten much savvier about the reporting detail they expect from their agency--it's no longer ok to not have details on which ads are generating phone calls."
