The best place to study in West Hollywood is Grind House Coffee, says a recent survey done by USC students.

West Hollywood coffee shops are found on every corner of the city. Grind House Coffee has earned the reputation as the best place to study in West Hollywood. The poll was completed by a USC survey in September of 2013.

The poll consisted of a questionnaire that went to 100 university students. Questions pertained to noise level, outlets available, types of customers and quality of coffee.

Opened in 2008 by CEO Michael Quinones, Grind House Coffee brews Organic Groundwork Coffee and keeps a variety of different flavored coffees on drip as well.

A recent study of coffee drinkers found the following:

Black coffee drinkers in the survey shared the following personality traits and attitudes: They're straightforward, no-nonsense individuals who are “old school” purists and can be moody and quiet, abrupt and dismissive. They're also described as set in their ways and resistant to change.

In the same way, latte drinkers soften the bitterness of coffee with milk and sugar, the main characteristics these people share are that they tend to be comfort seekers and people who are helpful and generous with their time. They also have a habit of overextending themselves and don't take good care of themselves, researchers at USC said.
