CEO Dave Bateman revealed imminent alpha releases for this new lineup of property management products, all nearing the final stages of system testing and currently accepting qualified alpha clients. Property Solutions’ Inspection Manager is a customizable system for outlining, sending, processing, and approving inspections, strongly geared toward mobile functionality and back-office automation. By establishing custom inspection requirements for units and common areas, communities can automatically send online inspection forms to residents and maintenance personnel, with the ability to submit responses, notes, and photos to Property Solutions’ Entrata™ platform by cellphone or tablet.
“Our Inspection Manager ties everything through a single workflow, so when you hit ‘submit’ on an inspection, then a work order is generated with a checklist of things that need to be done,” Bateman explained in his keynote. “It’s completely tied into the work order system for easy automation and oversight.”
The entire administrative backend of Property Solutions' Entrata PaaS is also slated to provide greater mobile functionality to Property Solutions clients with the release of Entrata Tablet—a free, tablet-optimized app to allow clients to seamlessly manage communities from anywhere on an iPad or Android device. While Property Solutions has always been accessible from any browser or device, the Q4 launch of Entrata Tablet will give users enhanced interaction with the administrative system when they’re away from the office, on property tours, or servicing units.
