Absolute Digital Media Anticipates New Google AdWords Feature
(PRWEB UK) 26 September 2013 -- With the introduction of Review Extensions, users will be able to add a line of text to Search Ads that highlights a positive article, award or ranking from third party sites. The new feature has previously been in beta testing stages and Google claims that it has so far seen an average 10% increase in click through rates for ads that carry this additional trust signals. There are of course some restrictions; most notably that companies cannot include user comments or customer reviews. In addition, the extension cannot be more than 12 months old and also must be written by and hosted on a third party site.
The paid search advertising department at Absolute Digital Media are experienced in handling Google AdWords accounts for clients from a range of industry backgrounds. Dedicated to testing and researching the latest features, the Google AdWords Qualified Professionals were excited to hear the news. A representative from the firms shares their anticipation.
“We’re looking forward to using these, where possible, across our clients’ campaigns. The extra trust it provides could be invaluable in persuading consumers to select a particular search ad over those from competitors. Google AdWords is always introducing new changes and amendments, and as usual we will be testing and reviewing the effects of these.”
