PowerObjects Pursuing Certifications to Help Organizations Implement the Yammer Social Platform and Provide Change Management Consulting

PowerObjects, a leader in offering service, support, education and add-ons for Microsoft Dynamics CRM, has been invited to join the Yammer Customer Engagement Partner Program (YCEPP). Yammer developed YCEPP to train and certify personnel at key partners in implementing the social technology at the workplace and providing change management consulting.

Yammer has millions of users across the world, and has been implemented in 80 percent of Fortune 500 companies. Microsoft purchased the technology in 2012, and now Yammer is available through the Office 365 portal. PowerObjects views Yammer as another tool that can be added to the Microsoft stack to help Dynamics CRM customers streamline their business processes and help their employees work and collaborate more effectively.

YCEPP participants can become certified as Power Users, Administrators, and Community Managers. Each certification track requires completing a variety of activities, such as participating in online learning modules, Yammer Customer Network activities, and regional two-day workshops. These training opportunities focus on providing a deeper level of knowledge into the five steps of the Yammer social journey methodology.
