PCM of California, Inc. (PCM), an Associa company, is excited to announce the launch of an aggressive and dynamic new marketing and branding campaign that will position the company for further growth in 2014 and beyond.

The new campaign, the company’s first in more than 10 years, has instilled excitement and a renewed sense of pride amongst PCM employees while capturing the essence the company’s mission: to continually enhance the value of communities by serving the needs of associations and homeowners.

“We needed our brand to better reflect the passion for what we get to do on a daily basis: positively impacting the lives of the residents we serve,” announced PCM’s Chief Marketing Officer Isaiah Henry. “Better Living. Maintained. does exactly that.”

The Better Living. Maintained. positioning statement will appear on printed materials, the company’s website and other communications mediums, often alongside a bold, new PCM logo.

Key to this initiative was PCM’s partnership with Orange Label Art + Advertising, one of Orange County, California’s longest-standing privately held advertising agencies. While developing the campaign, the Orange Label team incorporated extensive input from PCM’s executives, community managers and clients, while at the same time peering into the company’s history and the broader association management industry for inspiration and insights.

Along with the re-designed corporate materials and web presence, the new branding platform will be featured in the company’s new marketing and advertising campaign. This will include regional symposiums, trade shows, magazine publications and all social media platforms.

The new campaign is yet another corporate milestone for PCM since the company’s purchase by Associa, North America’s largest community association firm, more than two years ago. Since that time, PCM has experienced tremendous growth, particularly in new regions such as Nevada and the San Diego County.
