First time ever offered, Broadway Jiu-Jitsu and Fitness is proud to offer free training to UMass Students and Faculty in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai Kickboxing.

Management at Broadway Jiu-Jitsu and Fitness has announced complimentary training to all current UMass students and faculty. This is their way of saying “Thanks” to the community for helping them become a spectacular success. Well-respected throughout the area as having Boston’s most experienced and qualified staff, they stand ready to train beginners as well as belt holders. Never before offered at no cost, this is an outstanding opportunity to learn Muay Thai Kickboxing and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu from top pros in the sport.

Broadway Jiu-Jitsu and Fitness extends this open invitation with classes for men and women, and there is no experience required. Their world-class trainers will teach the art of self-defense and help everybody get into tip-top shape. Only two stops from the UMass Campus on the Redline, this is an opportunity to prepare for competition with the Best Team in Boston. The school has been training martial arts enthusiasts in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, Judo, Wrestling and MMA. All around physical-fitness is also part of the curriculum.

Prof. John heads up the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Training Division and is a Second-Degree Carlson Gracie, Sr. Black Belt under Fabio Araujo. He has studied with the likes of top pros such as Renzo Gracie, Carlos Gracie, Jr., Kru Yoi, Roger Denton, and others. His over 14 years of training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu gives him the skills required to train current as well as future champions.
