Emerald Brand Experiences 32.5% Increase in First Six Months: 2013 vs. 2012

The Emerald Brand consists of USDA Certified sugarcane-based towel and tissue products, cutlery made from plant starch, and DfE Certified cleaning chemicals, among other environmentally friendly items.

The universal lid, which comes in tear-back or dome, makes it easy for supply chain partners and end users to manage and consolidate inventory.

Emerald Brand welcomes new “tree-free” products to the line, as well. Emerald Select Super Absorbent Household Roll Towels and C-Fold Towels are now 60% tree-free. Paradigm Group anticipates tremendous results with these additions. Emerald Brand Tree-Free products are made from a high-quality, rapidly renewable pulp material known as Bagasse. Bagasse is the waste residue of sugarcane processing and can be harvested every 9 months. “Our products are priced very competitively, even when compared to non-sustainable equivalents made from virgin or recycled fiber,” says Bianculli.
