InfoTronics Wins 2013 Case Study of the Year Award From Business Intelligence Group
Livonia, Michigan (PRWEB) September 30, 2013 -- InfoTronics, Inc., a software company which provides organizations of all sizes with cost-effective, easily deployed, automated time and attendance solutions, announced today the Business Intelligence Group has chosen its case study on the Wyandot Center deployment of Attendance Enterprise as the 2013 Case Study of the Year Award.
The Wyandot Center serves the community behavioral healthcare needs of the residents of Wyandotte County in Kansas City, Kansas. The non-profit organization supports recovery for people of all ages with depression, anxiety disorders, other mental illnesses, and behavioral health challenges. It employs hourly and salaried staff in several locations across the county.
Before the organization implemented Attendance Enterprise, supervisors had to handwrite their employees’ schedules, and then track actual hours worked along with any vacation, holiday, or PTO usage on paper timesheets several times each pay period. Redundant data input and handwritten information led to many inaccuracies and speed bumps in the process. Now, supervisors input schedules and create electronic files for each employee. Employees now input their start and end times right on their computers every day. When all time and attendance information is collected it is easily exported from Attendance Enterprise to the central Payroll system to run payroll.
“This award is a testament to our clients who are leveraging Attendance Enterprise to reduce labor costs and operate more efficiently,” said Beth Baerman, Director of Communications. “We would like to thank the Wyandot Center and the local InfoTronics distributors, PayTime, Inc. of Kansas City, for helping us achieve this recognition.”
