The following month, on November 22, the Beaujolais Nouveau Celebration embraces the harvest with the most popular “vin de primeur” French red wine, fermented for just a few weeks before bottling. Made from the Gamay grapes produced in the Beaujolais region of France, this youthful and fruity wine makes up nearly half of the region’s total wine production.
