During the annual Filta Franchise Owners conference, recently held in Orlando, Florida, Filta announced the addition of a new award for 2013. The Technician of the Year Award will recognize an outstanding Filta Technician that has gone above and beyond in the service of company’s clients and franchise owners. All Filta franchise owners are eligible to nominate a technician that has been employed for at least one year. Nominated employees must demonstrate loyalty, dedication, work ethic, outstanding customer service and support. This year’s recipient is Orlando, Florida based technician Brett Alvarez. Mr. Alvarez is employed by Filta franchise owner Tom Rovison.
“Technicians are the life blood of our business and I can think of no one more deserving of the inaugural award than Brett,” Said Scott Humphreys, Filta’s Director of Field Operations. Mr. Humphreys, a former Filta franchise owner himself, hired Brett ten years ago when he first started his Filta franchise. “It was an honor to be able to personally present the award to Brett. Brett’s contributions to the system are immeasurable and many of the attendees at the conference were trained by Brett. We congratulate Brett on being named 2013 Filta Technician of the Year 2013.”
