Responsive, a privately owned nationwide call center and answering service business, recently announced the acquisition of Marietta based oldest answering service in the metro, Atlanta area, catering to the medical field, since 1970. This acquisition marks the fifth for the Responsive answering division in its regional expansion business plans.

Under the strategic direction of President and CEO, George Otte, Northwest Telephone Answering Service will become part of Responsive trusted communications solutions offering latest technology, reliability and affordability to its clients. The acquisition will further enhance the company’s commitment to customer service and highest standards in Quality Assurance (QA) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) into its day to day operations. Responsive currently manages thousands of calls to satisfied businesses all across the US.
