Next Generation Trust Services Brings on Staff Accountant to Manage In-House Accounting Needs

2013 has been a busy year for hiring new staff at Next Generation Trust Services, LLC, an administrator of self-directed retirement accounts. The firm has just added Christopher Ealy as its staff accountant; this new position was created to meet the demands of the growing company and the increased transaction activity among its clients, who self-direct their retirement plans.

“With the growth we’ve been experiencing over the past 2 years, we have found it necessary to evolve our internal processes for handling all the account administration work, and provide the superior customer service we are known for", said Raskulinecz.

2013 has been a busy year for hiring new staff at Next Generation Trust Services, LL C, an administrator of self-directed retirement accounts. The firm has just added Christopher Ealy as its staff accountant; this new position was created to meet the demands of the growing company and the increased transaction activity among its clients, who self-direct their retirement plans. Next Generation administers these accounts, handles all the paperwork and filing associated with them, and provides transaction support to its clients.

Ealy will apply his experience in general ledger accounting and accounts payable processes to balance and reconcile Next Generation’s accounts on a daily basis, and assist in creating new reconciling procedures. Forecasting reports and review of daily deposits and transfers and billing and collections will also be part of Ealy’s responsibilities.

“As an administrator of self-directed retirement accounts, everything we do at Next Generation is transaction related,” said CEO Jaime Raskulinecz. “Therefore, it is crucial that we develop the tightest and most efficient internal accounting procedures to deliver transaction accuracy and cash management practices.” The firm recently upgraded its office technology and server to provide enhanced IT security, flexibility, and speed.

Ealy had worked previously in in-house accounting positions for Freelancers Union in Brooklyn and for CreateHere, a non-profit in Chattanooga, Tenn., where he has overseen and reconciled daily financial transactions, coordinated all financial planning and budgeting, month-end and year-end reporting, and participated in accounting system upgrades to improve functionality. He has a B.S. in business administration from the University of Tennessee.

“With the growth we’ve been experiencing over the past two years, we have found it necessary to constantly evolve our internal processes for handling all the billing and account administration work, and provide the superior customer service we are known for,” said Raskulinecz.
