Visit My Smokies Announces Ober Gatlinburg Season Passes on Sale
Pigeon Forge, Tenn. (PRWEB) September 30, 2013 -- Making plans to visit the Smoky Mountains this winter? On September 24, Visit My Smokies announced that Ober Gatlinburg season passes were up for sale. With colder weather quickly approaching, it’s the perfect time to buy season passes.
For visitors who make the trip to Ober Gatlinburg multiple times throughout the year, season passes are the best value. The passes are on sale for $274 through November 15. Beginning on November 16, the cost of the pass increases to $324. A limited number of parking passes are available for purchase as well.
“Ober Gatlinburg is a great attraction for families, especially in the winter months,” said a spokesperson for Visit My Smokies. “When you purchase an Ober Gatlinburg season pass, you will also receive discounts at other Gatlinburg attractions, restaurants and shops.”
Season passholders will receive exclusive access to the Gatlinburg Aerial Tramway as well as all of the ski lifts for a fun day on the slopes. Vacationers will also appreciate savings at a number of local area attractions, restaurants and shops. Discounts are available at many places in the Gatlinburg area, including favorites like Guinness World Records Museum, Ripley’s Aquarium of the Smokies and Hard Rock Cafe.
For families who don’t plan to ski or snowboard, Ober Gatlinburg has plenty of other thrilling activities for visitors. Families can choose to ice skate, ride the Aerial Tram or take a peek at black bears in the wildlife viewing area.
