Guest speakers, Gregroy B. Lam, partner at the law firm of Copilevitz & Canter, LLC, and Terry Griesmer, Executive Vice President of The Stockade Group, will discuss the various regulations institutions need to understand and give advice on staying compliant.

Gregory Lam is partner at the law firm of Copilevitz & Canter, LLC, works in the areas of corporate, tax and charitable fundraising law and focuses on nonprofit, tax-exempt organizations. In addition, Lam handles the formation, structuring, and qualification of exempt organizations. Mr. Lam advises on matters such as public charity status, intermediate sanctions, lobbying, political activities, the unrelated business income rules, the use of supporting organizations, and fundraising. Nonprofit clients come to Mr. Lam for both general counsel services and for specialized service in connection with charitable fundraising regulation and taxation issues.

Terry Griesmer is Executive Vice President of The Stockade Group and is involved in management including marketing and sales, client management, product development, and legal matters. Griesmer has a background in the legal and financial industry.
