HAC, Inc Purchases Eleven Belle Foods Stores in Georgia and Alabama
Oklahoma City, OK (PRWEB) September 30, 2013 -- HAC, Inc., a regional supermarket chain based in Oklahoma, has acquired ten former Belle Foods stores in Georgia and one in Alabama. The stores operate under multiple different banners including Piggly Wiggly, Belle Foods, Food World and Southern Family Market. The stores are located in Milledgeville, Monroe, Dawson, Macon, Cochran, Eastman, Gordon, East Dublin and Warner Robins Georgia as well as one store in Troy, Alabama. They range in size from 20,000 to 45,000 square feet.
The stores will begin transitioning over to the HAC group on October 1, 2013 and the transition will continue to take place one store at a time over the first two weeks of October. Associated Wholesale Grocers will supply the eleven stores out of Nashville.

The company is employee owned and is proud to be adding 500 plus new team members. With the addition of the eleven stores, HAC, Inc will be operating 87 stores throughout Oklahoma, Texas, Kansas, Georgia and Alabama.
