ZooMoos kickstarter campaign

Diana Dinges is nearing final days to fund her ZooMoos Kickstarter campaign. This is her daughter Audrey with Rosie the owl.

My kids Brecken and Audrey are my world. I created these amazing products for them and I want to share this fun product with other parents. I need their help to send my product into production. That’s why I’ve started a Kickstarter campaign.

Indianapolis mom and entrepreneur Diana Dinges wanted to spice up everyday life for her two children Brecken (AKA Buster) and Audrey. So Diana, a creative force by nature, invented ZooMoos, insulated character cup holders for kids that come with a sippy cup, but are versatile to hold baby bottles, water bottles, other sippy cups and cans. Now Dinges is ready to give supporters a holiday gift as she receives final funding support via her Kickstarter campaign. Kickstarter is the world’s largest funding platform for creative projects. Funders don’t just give they also get product for their support. To date Dinges has received pledges of $6,735 toward her $20,000 goal. Funds will be used to support ZooMoos production costs.

“My kids Brecken and Audrey are my world. I created these amazing products for them and I want to share this fun product with other parents. I need their help to send my product into production. That’s why I’ve started a Kickstarter campaign,” says Dinges.

About ZooMoos: ZooMoos are simply a fun drink holder designed just for kids. ZooMoos insulated drink holders come in four fun characters: Bobo the monkey, Buster the dog, Rosie the owl and Sparkle the unicorn. With funding secured, Dinges will expand the line to include two new characters Topher the dinosaur and Monet the butterfly.

ZooMoos are hand crafted. Dinges worked with a quality control and product safety team during final design to ensure materials are safe and functional for children. ZooMoos are non-flammable and lead free. They are stuffed and plush making them machine washable. Each ZooMoo comes with a BPA- and Phthalate-free sippy cup. The drink holder fit most other cups, water bottles and cans, which means kids can continue to use them past the sippy cup age. Each character is designed for easy child handling. For example the monkey ears and owl wings make easy holders for small hands.

About Diana Dinges and her idea: Dinges is an Indianapolis mother of two. Her daughter Audrey loves chocolate milk. To keep the milk cold when Audrey was a toddler, Dinges found herself putting adult KooziesTM on her daughter’s sippy cup. Dinges thought an adult Koozie wasn’t very fun or appropriate for a child. The ZooMoos idea was born.

Over the last two, years Dinges has tirelessly has worked with artists, patent attorneys, sample shops and other professionals to perfect every detail of the product—all while working full time in a professional sales position with a Fortune 500 company. Dinges says her career in business to consumer retail sales and education in management at Purdue University has created transferable experiences and skills that will make ZooMoos a successful product.

About the Kickstarter campaign: ZooMoo campaign pledges start and just $5 and up increasing to $1,000 and up. Dinges seeks to raise at least $20,000 for production costs. To date she has received pledges of $6,735. Depending on the pledge level, supporters receive product from ZooMoos character drink holders to tee-shirts to original sketches made during the concept stage.

As with all Kickstarter campaigns, the project will be funded if pledges are received by the deadline, which is Friday, December 6 at 8:46 p.m. Dinges promises product delivery to pledge supporters by Dec. 23 for holiday gift giving.
