Judith A. Weber, Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and Owner at The Weber Group, Inc., has been recognized for outstanding leadership by the National Association of Professional Women (NAPW). Ms. Weber has attained the highest level of membership as a VIP Woman of the Year.

For more than 25 years, The Weber Group has been recognized for its outstanding expertise and creativity when it comes to brand experience, development, package design and corporate identification. The company was founded by Ms. Weber and her husband in 1988, and they have been steadily and successfully growing it ever since. From the start, The Weber Group has been creating, managing and building stronger, award-winning, effective brands for its clients.

When asked about the secret to the winning professional collaboration between her and her husband, Ms. Weber says, “My husband is in charge of creative. The business-related aspects are my responsibility. It works out perfectly. He trusts me with what I do and I trust him in his position."

As vice president, Ms. Weber, who has a bachelor's degree in journalism from the University of Eau Claire, wears many hats. From human resources to accounting and finance to administrative duties, she is responsible for all day-to-day operations of the agency. Her exceptional organizational and communication skills enable her to effectively interact on a daily basis with employers, clients and suppliers.

Ms. Weber said she joined NAPW primarily for networking purposes. “I think it is a great tool to show others what The Weber Group does and how effective we are."
