Bilcliffe joined Executive Compass® in September of 2011 as the Head of Business Development and Marketing. Prior to his training as a bid writer, he was responsible for the firm's offline and online marketing efforts. Among his duties in this capacity were SEO work, blog and news article writing, Google Analytics, inbound marketing, direct marketing and telesales, management of leads using CRM systems and contract notice and award monitoring for clients.
In January 2012, Bilcliffe was promoted to the position of Head of Business Development and Bid Writer.
