Warren's debut novel, "Fall Eagle One," was published as an e-book on Amazon Kindle and CreateSpace as a paperback. "Fall Eagle One" was well-received by readers and has hovered in the upper one percent of Kindle sales for most of 2013. Before writing fiction, Warren served 30 years as an officer in the U.S. Navy, followed by ten years as City Engineer for Alexandria, Virginia. In his capacity as an environmental official he authored many published papers on stormwater quality. Warren is the author of several sections of the "Virginia Storm Water Manual."
Warren was born in 1936 in Arkansas, and he was educated at the University of Arkansas and The George Washington University. Warren Bell is now living his lifetime dream of becoming a novelist.
