“Whether an organization sells products using an inside sales team or through an external dealer channel, eJeeva Commerce with its web-based and mobile platform can help them increase sales and automate order processing.”
McLean, VA (PRWEB) September 18, 2013
eJeeva, a leading provider of product information management, online catalog management and eCommerce software, released a mobile commerce application that helps manufacturers and distributors share product content with their sales team and dealer channel. The mobile application builds to the functionality of eJeeva Commerce – the company’s existing web-based and fully integrated eCommerce solution.
eJeeva Commerce is being utilized by a New York-based pool distributor to offer its dealers online access to its expansive product line – currently over 50k items. Now with eJeeva’s B2B mobile commerce application, the distributor’s dealers and sales reps will be able to get updated product information, including real-time pricing and inventory, over smartphones and tablets.
eJeeva Commerce is integrated with the distributor’s ERP System, Epicor Prophet 21. All orders placed by the product dealers – whether online or remotely through the mobile app – are automatically routed to the distributor for fulfillment.
The application also enables the dealers and sales reps out in the field to access customer lists and product details, including images, brochures and exploded parts diagrams. Products can be searched by part number, description and via a barcode scanning feature.
“The mobile frontier has arrived for manufacturers and distributors. To stay competitive, these organizations need a proven software solution to share and manage product content over the web and mobile devices,” says TJ Dhillon, President and CEO of eJeeva. “Whether an organization sells products using an inside sales team or through an external dealer channel, eJeeva Commerce with its web-based and mobile platform can help them increase sales and automate order processing."
eJeeva Commerce works with all major ERP Systems, including Epicor, Microsoft, Sage, Infor and Oracle. “eJeeva is continually looking at new technologies that will help wholesale distributors in the automotive, electrical, pool and spa, medical supplies, HVAC, hardware and plumbing industries sell more products – while managing and centralizing their product data,” adds Dhillon.
