Foreign landscape dictates that one changes from what he is to what he needs to be to get to his destination- Osaze Ehigiator

The new book “Thrill of the Rookie” is said to be making headline news in multiple countries around the globe. Some of these countries are India, Australia, Portugal, China and Canada, according to the Author-Osaze Ehigiator. He said the book is also a motivational book that teaches tenacity and goal getting mind set. In the book, the Author disagrees with the myth that success in the United States, or anywhere else is a reserved privilege for the selected few. He states that everyone can be a winner with the proper habits, the right mind set, and a good work ethics. In the end everyone loves a winner; no matter his skin color or national origin, because there is a natural instinct in all mankind to be attracted to success. Secondly, the book also talks about the expectations, challenges and naiveties of new immigrant to the United States. The book then deals with these new immigrants rawness, lack of understanding of the very basic concepts of how things work in the United States and the resulting lack of confidence. This lack of experience makes these new immigrants very venerable to people within their own communities who take full advantage of their naiveties, vulnerability and low confidence level due to culture shock. This is discussed in chapter 3:

An Excerpt from “Thrill of the Rookie”- The Serengeti Code.

“The experience can be compared to gladiatorial combat in the ancient Roman arena. It is bloody and inhumane but also intoxicating and addictive for both the spectators and the participants; however, it is all at the expense of the gladiator, or the rookie, in the case of the “Serengeti code”. It can also be likened to watching a lion or hyenas steal pray from a leopard or cheetah in the Serengeti plains of Africa. This practice will continue until the oppressed are secure, bold, tough, or numerous enough to put an end to it. Otherwise they will continuously have to relinquish their rights or get passed by whenever goodies or honor are served”
