Modern Home Tours Returns to Denver October 12th
Denver, CO (PRWEB) September 13, 2013 -- The third annual Denver Modern Home Tour opens doors on Saturday, October 12th. Several of Colorado’s top architects get a day in the spotlight, as area residents get the rare chance to see the inside of some of Denver’s most modern dwellings.
The 2013 Denver Modern Home Tour is a self-guided driving-tour of the area’s most unique and modern homes. At each stop, tourgoers get the opportunity to explore the inside and out of these amazing private residences. For the architects, it is a live citywide gallery of their astounding work; for homeowners, it is a unique chance to show off their very unique homes; and for ticket-holders, it’s a day of neighborhood exploration and visual awe.
This is the third Modern Home Tour in Denver, and the fourth visit to the area. Previous tours have featured the work of noted Colorado architects like studiotrope, Smiths Architects, Studio H:T, Bothwell Davis George, Alvarez Morris, Angelo Marasco, Michael Knorr, Gooden Sudik, studio2b and Studio Completiva.
This year’s tour already has several accepted and confirmed homes, showcasing the talents of Newman Architecture, Vega Architecture, and Matt Davis. The final roster will contain five to eight homes. Participating homes will open their doors for viewing from 11AM – 5PM on Saturday, October 12th, in and around Denver, Colorado. Tickets to visit every home on the tour are $30 in advance online; available for $40 on the day of the tour at select ‘start’ locations. All are invited to attend. Kids under 12 can accompany their parents for FREE!
