In "Calling Steve About My Halloween 2016 Dream," Bryan W. Brickner, publisher of The Cannabis Papers: A citizens guide to cannabinoids, dialogues with a friend who helps interpret a cannabinoid system based dream and its potential presidential implications.
"Bantering for the 2016 presidential election has begun," Brickner punned, "so let the weeding out process also begin."
"A lot of time and effort will be spent in 2014," continued Brickner, "on possible candidates dealing with changing challenges: because of the profound effect the cannabinoid system has on human health, aspiring candidates would be wise to draw positions closer to cannabinoid science than marijuana propaganda."
"Perhaps the status of America’s most famous Weed," Brickner followed, "is getting a second look – a second chance, if you will – which is something many politicians can relate to."
Brickner has a 1997 political science doctorate from Purdue University and is the author of several political theory books, to include The Promise Keepers (1999), Article the first of the Bill of Rights (2006), and The Book of the Is (2013).
