In May to June 2013, BusinessForHome registered nominations of the 170 top leaders in network marketing and in direct sales. They recently announced the results of their annual poll "Who are the Top MLM Networkers" for 2013. Peers of Adam Paul Green, in Nagano, voted for the Kumamoto, Japan based Xocai Healthy Chocolate Ambassador; who was the lone MXI Corp leader to win the top honors. Adam came in at a praiseworthy 76th place.
Adam Paul Green earned his Bachelor’s of Science Degree in International Business and Marketing from the University of Utah. Handpicked by the President of the University’s renowned School of Business, Adam was chosen to compete with dozens of other ambitious nationwide-graduates for the opportunity to secure a lucrative job within a prestigious Fortune 100 company.
Adam joined MXI Corp; Xocai Healthy Chocolate in 2001, as one of the original 11 founding distributors. Adam has since discovered that many of his life-goals beyond doubt do align entirely with Network Marketing. Adam enjoys helping others find significance. Adam is most thankful for the complete time and freedom he has with his extraordinary wife and children.
BusinessForHome organized the top MLM networker for 2013 poll. Only those who have made over a million dollars in MLM were considered and all field leaders have a proven record of achievement. According to many, leadership is described as "A process of social influence in which one person can enlist the aid and support of others in the accomplishment of a common task." Other in-depth definitions of leadership have also emerged. Leadership is "organizing a group of people to achieve a common goal." The leader may or may not have any formal authority. Studies of leadership have produced theories involving traits, situational interaction, function, behavior, power, vision and values, charisma, and intelligence, among others. A leader is somebody whom people follow, somebody who guides or directs others.
