United Parcel Service, or UPS as it is most commonly known, was founded in 1907 as a messenger company in the United States. It has since grown to be “a global company with one of the most recognized and admired brands in the world.” In her role as enterprise release manager at UPS, Ms. Cestone uses her effective management and communication skills to manage and coordinate upgrades to customer facing applications.
Ms. Cestone also had the very unique opportunity to work for UPS Europe Region. During this time, she lived in Milan, Italy and Brussels, Belgium. While there, she was responsible for UPS’s engineering activities including operations efficiency and service excellence in Italy, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Africa, the Balkans and the Middle East. Her experiences overseas helped to shape and reinforce her leadership abilities and sharpen her exceptional business acumen.
