WSO2 to Present Technical Webinar on Modern Approaches to Presenting Business Data Using WSO2 User Engagement Server

However, this information is only as valuable as the ability to present it in a meaningful way. To facilitate this effort, WSO2 will present a webinar on how to create a user experience layer for presenting data effectively with the WSO2 User Engagement Server (WSO2 UES), which launched in July 2013.
The one-hour technical session, "WSO2 Product Intro Webinar – The WSO2 User Engagement Server (UES) – Transforming Data for Business Intelligence," will run Thursday, August 15, from 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. PDT. The webinar will introduce participants to WSO2 User Engagement Server and discuss how it can be used to create dashboards, microsites and gadgets that unlock enterprise data for business intelligence, monitoring, and other enterprise requirements. Key topics will include:
• An examination of key features and functions, including the Dashboard Composer, Jaggery server-side JavaScript integrated development environment (IDE), Enterprise Store and UES Site Browser, which are all supported by enterprise-class security.
• An exploration of possible use cases, highlighting how WSO2 UES provides server-side capabilities out of the box to empower business developers and users to easily go from data to screen.
• A review of how WSO2 UES addresses presentation challenges and provides a user experience layer to present acquired data effectively.
Leading the webinar will be Nuwan Bandara, WSO2 technical lead and a member of the WSO2 development technologies management committee, who focuses on WSO2 Gadget Server, WSO2 Mashup Server, the Jaggery IDE, and WSO2 API Store. In addition to his product development efforts, Nuwan has provided technology consulting on customer engagements, including identity solutions and systems integration for the telecommunications, banking and financial services industries.
