We designed the iCard to provide easily accessible, reliable advice and information in the event of an incident.

Signalling an end to the traditional printed wallet card, Vocal’s innovative iCard provides a standalone solution, brining incident planning information in to a dedicated app accessible via a secure connection from any Smartphone.

Vocal’s mobile iCard is set to replace the traditional ‘wallet card’ scenario; giving business continuity managers the ability to update plans and share vital information in real time, alleviating the cost and communication issues associated with updating and re-printing, and ensuring that every member of staff has the most accurate information and advice at their fingertips. Through the iCard, staff can be provided with both general and role specific information, with security guaranteed through a secure login process.

“The iCard sits perfectly with the iModus suite of business continuity solutions in that it provides a standalone solution that can also be integrated in to any business continuity plan,” said Vocal’s Managing Director, Trevor Wheatley Perry. “We designed the iCard to provide easily accessible, reliable advice and information in the event of an incident. Our solution ensures that an organisation’s emergency response procedures and crucial information can always be accessible– without the expense of producing and continually updating wallet cards. Our aim was to deliver a cost-effective, easy to manage solution that would assist business continuity managers in their planning and create safer working practices for their staff.”

Trevor adds: “we work very closely with organisations throughout the world to support business continuity planning, and we are really looking forward to meeting visitors and forging new relationships at Fall Show.”

Visitors to the Fall World Show will be able to experience Vocal’s iCard app before it is launched worldwide, For further information about iModus iCard, visit http://www.mobileicard.com, or email info(at)mobileicard(dot)com.
