The branch, opened in 2006 by Amy Tierce and Deana Auman, started in a small office in Needham, then moved to larger space in 2009 when it doubled in size. Continued growth of the branch has once again dictated the need for increased office space necessitating the move from Needham to Newton.
The newer, larger office in the Wells Avenue office park will not only accommodate an increase in staff as the branch continues to recruit new Loan Officers, but will provide an opportunity for Fairway to expand its consumer and Realtor© education efforts. The Fairway Needham Branch, as it has been known, has been the top producing Fairway Branch nationwide for the last five years, and is home to 5 of the company’s top ten producing loan officers.
