It is always nice to win awards, but when it comes from HubSpot it is awesome as they are the gold standard for the new age of marketing.

Inbound Marketing Agents was announced as the winner of three categories at HubSpot Marketing Software’s Annual Partner Awards on August 19th, 2013. The company is receiving sole recognition for Best Client On-boarding, Strongest Lead Growth, and Most Prolific Blogging Agency.

All 1,100 of HubSpot’s partners were eligible for the awards at the company’s annual Inbound conference in Boston last week. “We’re certainly honored to have received these awards and to be included with 1,100 of the strongest marketing agencies in the world,” stated IMA President Bill Faeth. “Winning these awards is really a true testament to our staff’s commitment to client success over the last year.”

Winners were determined by CHI, or “customer happiness index,” a complex algorithm designed by HubSpot to measure its partners’ success in client deliverables. Inbound Marketing Agents’ services include content marketing, SEO, email marketing, social media marketing, and lead generation. Founded in April 2012, the company is Middle Tennessee’s only Gold Certified Partner of HubSpot, an honor designated by clientele growth, metrics, and marketing results. As an advocate for small and medium-sized businesses, IMA helps companies grow their revenue effectively integrating social media, SEO and content marketing.

All of these channels are included in the definition of “inbound marketing,” a term coined by HubSpot when it was founded in 2006. This marketing model differs from traditional methods, which involve the use of TV commercials, billboard ads, and direct mail. Instead, inbound marketing gives customers the opportunity to opt in to the marketing they receive, by signing up for content like blog posts, eBooks, and whitepapers. Exchanges of information between brands and consumers become permission-based with inbound marketing, as opposed to disruptive. “In today’s world, it becomes critical to align your sales and marketing together into one funnel so they operate in unison to benefit the buyer, the sales process, and to close deals faster,” states Faeth.
