Prior to Act-On Software, Ms. Jacobson worked for Verio and Merkle, Inc. In her current position at Act-On Software, she works with over 2000 clients to ensure 90% plus inbox placement of their email marketing initiatives. Ms. Jacobson tirelessly works to enhance clients' email marketing best practices to ultimately increase their return on marketing investment.
Ms. Jacobson received her bachelor's degree in marketing and finance from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. She is currently involved with Messaging Anti-Abuse Working Group ( MAAWG) and Email Sender and Provider Coalition (ESPC).
