Elisabeth Galvin is recognized as an NAPW VIP Woman of the Year for her outstanding leadership and commitment within her profession

I like speed in life and I am not afraid to take risks so I am constantly looking to invest in innovation so we can drive our companies further, faster and safer.

NAPW honors Elisabeth Galvin as a 2013/2014 Professional Woman of the Year for leadership in finance and operations management with this prestigious distinction. As the largest, most-recognized organization of women in the country, spanning virtually every industry and profession, the National Association of Professional Women is a powerfully vibrant networking community with nearly 500,000 members and over 400 Local Chapters.

“As a leader, I am extremely engaged in all departments and always available to provide feedback to the team,” says Ms. Galvin, who came to the U.S. at age 27 knowing very little English and having no pre-existing contacts. After building her business from scratch and by never taking no for an answer, Ms. Galvin soon began working with Fortune 500 companies, and has not looked back since.

As founder and CEO of both Airmarket, LLC and Delyse Manufacturing Group, Ms. Galvin creates and executes the companies’ visions of financial responsibility, while inspiring her talented team to reach their goals and forge lasting relationships with their customers. Utilizing her extensive finance and business administration experience from having worked in diverse industries, she has helped develop Airmarket’s reputation for providing best-in-class, scalable services to the transportation and retail industries.

Ms. Galvin is excited to announce that Delyse is launching a national natural web-based grocery store that will allow anyone in the U.S. to eat natural food at a price they can afford. As for Airmarket, the company is releasing a new hardware agnostic system called “North Star Connect,” allowing airlines to improve their retail model while offering travelers a large variety of white glove services. “I like speed in life and I am not afraid to take risks so I am constantly looking to invest in innovation so we can drive our companies further, faster and safer,” she says.

NAPW provides an exclusive, highly advanced networking forum to successful women executives, professionals and entrepreneurs where they can aspire, connect, learn and achieve. Through innovative resources, unique tools and progressive benefits, professional women interact, exchange ideas and advance their knowledge.
