Leaves may be falling in crisp autumn fashion, but things are looking fresher than ever for Red Apple Reading. The online software reading program for young readers aged four to eight unveiled a new website design last week—offering up a bushel of shiny, updated features.
Tammy Bennecke, president and founder of Red Apple Reading, notes that the redesign comes thanks to the work of CodeIt, the same web development company behind the recent and ongoing work on Red Apple Reading’s new levels and apps releasing this fall.
As for the updated website unveiling, Bennecke says visitors can look forward to a multitude of improvements. Utilizing Web 2.0 technology, the new, improved Red Apple Reading domain will offer better graphics, easier navigation, a mobile web version, and separate pages devoted to the company’s social media and apps.
“We knew the original website already had an old feel to it,” Bennecke said. “With ‘Level C’ and our first apps coming out soon, we wanted people to experience on our website a similar feeling that the new reading program will provide.”
For Bennecke, making sure the Red Apple Reading website and program have similar appearances helps achieve the ultimate goal—ensuring the program is fun and easy for all who use it. And a newer, better site? That’s helping Red Apple Reading put its best face forward.
“We are confident our members will be impressed with the level of quality in our new program releases, and we want our website to reflect those same high standards,” Bennecke said.
