PremierPoint Solutions Announces $995 Holiday Pricing for Three- and Four-day Classes
Nashville, Tenn. (PRWEB) November 25, 2014 -- PremierPoint Solutions announced today a special holiday price reduction for its three- and four-day classes. Students who register for any eligible December 2014 or January 2015 SharePoint training class between now and December 31 will pay $995, which is $700 to $900 off the regular price for these classes.
The special $995 pricing applies to both online classes and classes attended at PremierPoint Solutions’ Nashville, Tenn., classroom and may not be combined with any other reduced pricing or offer. Registrants must enter the special promo code “MYGIFT” when registering online in order to receive the special price.
“Gratitude and goodwill are the hallmarks of the holiday season,” said Randy Moody, customer service manager for PremierPoint Solutions. “We want to round out the year by extending our gratitude and goodwill through discounted pricing to students who want to learn new SharePoint skills at significant cost savings.”
The following classes are included in this special offer:
SharePoint 2013 Power User Fast Track(Dec 1-3, 2014 and Jan 7-9, 2015) is designed to fast track students to SharePoint 2013 proficiency by taking them from “power users” to “SharePoint 2013 power users” in just three days. Led by an expert SharePoint instructor, the fast-track course gives students a solid foundation in the basics of SharePoint, and then introduces some of SharePoint’s more powerful (and slightly more advanced) capabilities. The course is a mix of lecture, demonstration and hands-on lab exercises. It includes a comprehensive manual containing lecture content, PowerPoint slides and scripted hands-on lab exercises. The only prerequisites are familiarity with Windows and a desire to learn SharePoint 2013. No pre-installation of software is required.
Business Intelligence Training – The Microsoft Self-Service BI Toolset(Dec 10-12, 2014) provides three days of hands-on instructor-led training that enables students to gather, assimilate and share a wide array of business data in days instead of months by employing a set of powerful, user-friendly tools. This is an intermediate- to advanced-level course, and is for business professionals who are experienced SharePoint 2010 power users. The course includes two books to use in class and take home, which are used in combination to teach this course.
To use these new BI tools in production, an organization must have deployed (or be planning to deploy) the on-premises version of SharePoint 2010 Enterprise Edition and an instance of SQL Server 2012 Enterprise or Business Intelligence Edition as an add-on application server in its SharePoint 2010 farm. Previous versions of SQL Server can still be used simultaneously for storing SharePoint content.
InfoPath 2010 and SharePoint Server 2010 No-Code Workflow Deep Dive (Dec 16-19, 2014 and Jan 27-30, 2015) gives students an in-depth exploration of the automating of common business processes by creating digital forms in InfoPath 2010, and building SharePoint Server 2010 workflow solutions in SharePoint Designer 2010. It is designed for business professionals rather than developers, and teaches only out-of-the-box functionality (no programming). InfoPath/SharePoint 2010 is a challenging, intermediate-level course appropriate for experienced SharePoint 2010 users.
SharePoint 2013 Workflow and InfoPath No-Code Development (Jan 13-16, 2015) provides training on forms creation and workflow design. Students will discover the keys to creating powerful user-friendly forms for data collection with InfoPath 2013 and building complex workflow solutions using SharePoint Designer 2013.
Designing SharePoint Document Management and Records Management Systems in SharePoint 2010 (Jan 20-23, 2015) helps SharePoint 2010 users step up from basic document storage to full-featured document and records management. In the class students will discover how they can leverage some of SharePoint’s most underused features to streamline and “power up” document management and records management in their organization. This is a non-technical course aimed primarily at information architects, power users and managers in a wide variety of workplace scenarios. It is broadly applicable and highly practical.
