NBA Player Kevin Séraphin Selects Vocus to Power Expansion of Photo Editing App
Beltsville, Maryland (PRWEB) June 16, 2014 -- Vocus, Inc., a leading provider of cloud-based public relations and marketing software, today announced that ThorolGraffix selected the Vocus Marketing Suite and Consulting Services to increase the number of downloads and active users of its HDR photo editing mobile app, which was released on the iTunes App Store in February 2014. By leveraging the Vocus Marketing Suite and Vocus’ team of consultants, ThorolGraffix will strategize, execute and analyze its marketing campaigns to expand usage of its mobile app.
Founded by Washington Wizards player Kevin Séraphin and professional photo editor Joshua Prendergast, ThorolGraffix’s mobile app was downloaded over 10,000 times within the first few days of its release earlier this year. Press release distribution through PRWeb and social media marketing powered the app’s launch and initial success.
As an avid technology enthusiast, Séraphin partnered with Prendergast after discovering his work on social media. The two launched ThorolGraffix after receiving business advice from Dallas Mavericks Owner and ABC’s “Shark Tank” Panelist Mark Cuban.
With the popularity of photo editing apps and immense competition in the marketplace, ThorolGraffix will use the Vocus Marketing Suite and its team of consultants to craft a long-term strategy to become the go-to photo enhancement tool for photography and social media enthusiasts.
“ThorolGraffix’s release on the App Store realized impressive initial results, with thousands of downloads and quickly earning a four-star rating,” said Séraphin. “For the next stage of its growth, we have to be smart. We realize that we can’t do it all ourselves, and Vocus’ sophisticated marketing automation platform coupled with the marketing strategists on its Consulting Services team is the formula we’ll need to drive ThorolGraffix’s expansion.”
ThorolGraffix began working with Vocus in May 2014.
