In their monthly community newsletter, Dahn Yoga Life, Dahn Yoga & Health Centers, Inc. spotlights Jeonjin Lee, the Tempe, Arizona Dahn Yoga Center manager and class instructor who discovered peace and a love for plants through Dahn Yoga.
The article, “Living Lessons in Growth” shares Korean-born instructor Lee’s insights on growth with Dahn Yoga and what he has learned from plants. Lee tells of the hydroponic growing system he has developed with other members as he teaches members the key principles of Dahn Yoga exercise developed by Dahn Yoga founder Ilchi Lee. About the hydroponic system he comments, “It sounds like a fountain, but it is exactly like the Water Up, Fire Down principle in Dahn Yoga!”
On his own growth Lee comments, “I started in September of 1996, and especially after Shim Sung, I felt there was hope...I knew I wanted to become an instructor and spend my life delivering what I had learned.”
