PremierPoint Solutions Adds Staff to Its SharePoint Commercial Software Division

PremierPoint Solutions has added Aaron Wood, Jason Fitzgerald and Johnathan Horton to its SharePoint commercial software division.

PremierPoint Solutions has added three software engineering and support specialists to its SharePoint commercial software division in Nashville: Aaron Wood, Jason Fitzgerald and Johnathan Horton.

Wood is manager of commercial software engineering and support. He has more than 12 years of experience in information technology, including SharePoint administration, SharePoint development, Microsoft SQL database administration, Windows Server and Linux administration, network administration, C# ASP.NET development, user support, training and project management. His strong technical skills are accompanied by exceptional interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.

Prior to joining PremierPoint Solutions, Wood was senior SharePoint developer/administrator for Brookdale Senior Living, where he was responsible for all facets of Brookdale’s SharePoint initiatives, including company intranet, team sites and custom applications. He also served as farm administrator, lead developer and server administrator for all production and non-production SharePoint environments.

Before that, he was a SharePoint analyst for Deloitte Services LP, a webmaster at Freed-Hardeman University and a LAN administrator for Magellan Behavioral Health. In addition to holding a B.S. degree in computer information science, he has completed numerous technical training courses.

Fitzgerald, a software support engineer, is responsible for leading and supporting efforts to enhance the marketplace success of PremierPoint Solutions’ software products while also providing technical support for each respective application. He has nearly 15 years of experience in information technology, primarily with system infrastructure engineering and administration.

Fitzgerald has been working with and supporting Sharepoint infrastructures since 2005. Prior to joining PremierPoint Solutions, he was a consulting systems engineer with Hospital Corporation of America (HCA), where he led and managed all aspects of the Enterprise Sharepoint implementation. He began his career in the United States Marine Corps supporting a large variety of server, desktop and network technologies.

Drawing from his experience in sales and technical/customer support, Horton serves as the first line of customer support for PremierPoint Solutions’ commercial software division. His main focus is getting the right technology in place and functioning so that customers can focus on their business, instead of their technology. Providing excellent customer service is his primary goal.

He has nine years of support desk and customer support experience in the financial services industry. While working as a computer technician for Wilson Bank & Trust, Horton was one of two support desk technicians who provided IT support to more than 400 bank associates located in 27 facilities. At Citivas Bankgroup, his role as systems administrator made him the primary contact for all employee support needs.
