Sea Colony Tennis Center Announces April and May USTA Sponsored Tournaments
Bethany Beach, Delaware (PRWEB) April 01, 2014 -- Sea Colony Tennis Center, located just south of Bethany Beach, Delaware, is preparing to serve its springtime United States Tennis Association (USTA) sponsored tournaments.
“We are really excited about hosting these spring tournaments,” said Director of Tennis Thomas Johnston. “We now run eight USTA junior tournaments throughout the year and a variety of adult tournaments ranging from the amateur level to the professional level. We can’t wait to start the 2014 season.”
The Sea Colony Junior Challenge, for boys and girls ages 12 to 18, takes place April 19-20. These clay court singles and doubles tournaments will include a first match loser consolation bracket. The Sea Colony Spring Adult Classic will take place April 26-27 and is open to men and women with NTRP ratings of 3.0 - 5.0. This clay court event includes singles, doubles and mixed doubles events with a first match loser’s consolation bracket. Entries are due by April 20, 2013. The Sea Colony Spring junior Open is for boys and girls ages 12 to 18 and will be held May 17-18. This event will feature both hard court singles and doubles tournaments and a first match loser’s consolation bracket. Entries are due by May 10, 2013. The entry cost for each of these tournaments is $33 each for singles players and $18 each for doubles players.
