CarePatrol Franchise Systems has announced the selection of Jack Owen to join the corporate team in a newly created position as Executive Vice President.
CarePatrol has entered a phase of rapid national expansion. Owen will focus on launching new business growth initiatives, building internal infrastructure, and developing strategic partnerships to provide franchisees with the resources to reach more clients and offer families quality senior housing options.
CarePatrol provides free senior living placement services that enable seniors and their families to successfully evaluate and select independent living, assisted living, nursing homes, or Dementia and Alzheimer’s memory care communities. Each CarePatrol Senior Care Consultant carefully considers a client’s medical, financial, and geographical needs to present the best options in senior care facilities. They complete comprehensive consultations, drive clients to facilities for tours, and conduct follow up visits after the client is placed.
Under a franchise model, CarePatrol sells franchises daily, and is projected to reach one hundred and thirty franchises nationwide by 2014. A ten master franchise territory was recently sold in Tampa, FL.
With the number of seniors who need care on the rise, CarePatrol is the alternative senior care franchise system. CarePatrol arms its franchisees with the necessary tools to ensure every family receives the top selections in senior living facilities in territories all over the country.
“We aggressively went after Jack because he is a known leader in our marketplace”, said CarePatrol CEO Chuck Bongiovanni. “We look forward to working together on the growth of CarePatrol in 2014 and beyond.”
Previously, Owen served as Executive Vice President at Pipeline Success, Inc., the nation’s largest senior care lead generation firm. There, he developed new senior care lines of business as well as dental and medical verticals and managed strategic relationships.
Owen has served in leadership roles of fast growth companies as COO of World Avenue and Managing Director of imc2. He has also held executive roles with large corporations including VP of Global Consulting Services for Merant, and VP of Engineering and Fulfillment for Memorex Telex. With a diverse background in sales, marketing, operations, business development, and experience transforming businesses and growing profits, Owen will continue to enhance the rapid expansion of CarePatrol Franchise Systems nationwide.
“Each year, hundreds of thousands of seniors and their families are faced with the difficult challenge of finding the right assisted living community that will provide a safe, healthy, and affordable environment where their senior family member will feel welcome and comfortable,” said Owen. “CarePatrol’s local franchisees have the local market knowledge and they are able to provide the personal level of service that is absolutely needed to make this happen.”
