Water Club North Palm Beach Appoints Sales Team and Sees Pre-Construction Sales Reach $30 Million

Stephen MarcAntonio was appointed director of sales, Lori Ann Civitillo and Angel Taylor were named sales executives. MarcAntonio will manage the day-to-day sales operations. He has been a Kolter employee since 2002. A Florida native, MarcAntonio earned a degree in business management from the University of Miami. He has been involved in the real estate industry for more than 27 years and has managed sales for several high-end luxury communities: Frenchman’s Creek and BallenIsles in Palm Beach Gardens, and Two City Plaza in West Palm Beach.
Sales Executive Lori Ann Civitillo has been a Kolter Group employee since 2000. She most recently closed out closed out 4001 North Ocean, another Kolter oceanfront luxury condominium development in Gulfstream, Fla. With more than 18 years real estate sales experience, Civitillo specializes in new construction and development sales.
Sales Executive Angel Taylor, an Ohio native, Taylor has nearly 30 years of experience in the Florida real estate industry including real estate law involvement as a paralegal workout specialist. Taylor has sold prestigious Palm Beach County communities including Prosperity Harbor, One Watermark Place and the Bears Club.
