Cellucor is releasing a “Mystery Flavor” version of their award winning pre-workout, C4 Extreme, giving fans a unique opportunity to submit their ideas for flavor names to ultimately win $25,000 and other prizes. The contest will be hosted on Cellucor’s Facebook page, and the official Cellucor Mystery Flavor landing page set to launch January 1, 2014. It will run through March 31, 2014, and will consist of two stages—10 “weekly challenges” and a bracketed fan-vote driven showdown to decide the grand prize winner.

The “weekly challenges” begin January 1, 2014, and will continue through March 15, 2014. Each week Cellucor will fire off a challenge on its Facebook and Twitter pages that will require fans to tap into their creativity to come up with a name that fits the specific theme for that week. Handpicked winners of the weekly challenges will receive cash and prizes, and will automatically be entered into the final bracket for the chance to win it all.

The second and final stage of the Mystery Flavor Challenge pairs the 10 weekly winners and 22 additional, handpicked entries against each other in a bracketed showdown to be decided by fan vote. Inspired by the perennial, bracketed college basketball tournament, fans will cast votes for their favorite flavor names in a head-to-head competition with 5 rounds of matchups until the grand prize winner is chosen.
