Michael Maggiano Receives Alfred C. Clapp Award for Excellence in CLE
Fort Lee, NJ (PRWEB) December 31, 2013 -- In recognition for his many years of teaching all aspects of personal injury litigation law and evidence as well as his annual programs in Medico Legal Issues, Michael Maggiano was awarded the prestigious Alfred C. Clapp Award for Excellence in Legal Education by the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education in association with the New Jersey State Bar Association. This award is presented annually to a single judge or attorney in the State of New Jersey for excellence in legal education.
Over the last three decades Mr. Maggiano has organized, moderated and lectured at hundreds of programs to thousands of attorneys and judges on a wide array of topics in all areas of the practice of personal injury litigation. Mr. Maggiano just completed the annual lecture on the law of medical malpractice and will be presenting a state wide program on Experts: the rules and laws that guide their testimony. He will also be presenting a unique program with a number of renowned Neru-Injury Experts on Traumatic Brain Injury.
